Couldn't Nenshi sue Cal for the inaccuracies found in this document?

No, but if Wenzel fails to establish his claim, he'd be likely be made to pay a lot of money by way of court costs.

"Injured in his feelings."
That is hilarious. I hope he's embarrassed by this. Next thing, he'll be claiming a case of the vapors. "Injured in his feelings" - lord'amighty, I must remember that for future use. Can't stop laughing.
Read this to my kids. Cal, they have prescribed the following:

I really know nothing of this, but that excerpt from the lawsuit is hilarious.

One of my favourite blogs - popehat.com - often deals with using the legal system to silence criticism. The lead blogger there refers to "intentional infliction of emotional distress" as "butthurt int he first degree".
And Mr. Wenzel appears to be extremely butthurt.
Count me as another person who will never consider Shane Homes.

I'm currently a latte sipper but one day I may have a family and need a bigger house. I will make sure not to buy from Shane Homes as long as Cal is envisioning their ######baggery future.

If his title is actually anything close to 'Chief Visionary Officer' I want to punch him square in his gunch.

I blame that squarely on Rick Bell, I may sue him for mental duress caused by it.
