Shouldn't Cal be suing whoever leaked the tape? Otherwise he should be suing like several hundread thousand people who think he's just another developper who cares only about profits.

He should sue Sony / Panasonic / Apple / Nokia / Hitachi / anyone else who has manufactured a camera. They provided support for the defamation by making a recording product.

Ok, I'd never go buy a Shane home. But I'm sure someone will take this into account when house shopping.
Oh, and Nenshi is on vacation right now so he hasn't been served yet. I'm sure this will make that a nice relaxing vacation.

I mean I get that he's rich and throwing away a couple hundred grand on a frivolous lawsuit is nothing to him, but give that money to charity instead and earn some goodwill. Instead the people who thought he was a dick before think he's an even bigger dick now, and the people who support him (or more likely hate Nenshi) aren't changing their thought either. Not sure what he gets out of this in the slightest other than a bunch of Rick Bell slobfest articles and the support of Sun readers.
