I really wish we had Jamie Benn. I have always thought he was an elite talent, but maybe that's just because he always kicks the crap out of us. He was unstoppable tonight.

Hold off on the Jackman and McGratton hate tonight.
They were the only forward line not to be scored on. They hit when out there and generated a chance or two.
They did their job out there.
Everyone else is up for critique though

Year 6+ of the rebuild. Don't buy into the propaganda that the rebuild started several years after the Oilers traded Pronger for picks/prospects, Smyth for picks/prospects and drafted 3 times in the first round in 2007 (Gagner 6th overall, Plante 15th overall and Nash 21st overall). If that wasn't their first year of the rebuild then this year doesn't count for Calgary either.
