That penalty is called every time. Butler was completely blocking Toews with his free hand, even if it was a dive.
2 bad penalties.

It still tied and they needed a 2 man advantage to tie it. Games not over yet.

Butler takes his hand off his stick and grabs...that one gets called almost every time...

It was a penalty.

You guys are crazy to think that was a bad call on Butler. They should use that as an example of what you can't do for refs and players alike. Lazy play to take his hand off the stick like that.

In Stajan's defense he was tripped up in a scramble and landed on the puck. The new puck control rules aren't probably something you think about when you're in a scramble like that and already short handed.

Whatever, I love this team already. Year one of a rebuild and this is the most confident I've felt watching the Flames against the leagues best teams since 2005/06.
Also, lets keep playing Berra, we may just have ourselves a goaltender here.

42 shots, heck of a debut for Berra.

Sample size has never been an issue with CP.

Gotta love the play of Berra! Finally we're getting that clutch goaltending that has been missing this season
Deserves a beteer fate than he is getting now

On Stajan's penalty, it looked like he fell down and his hand landed on the puck, and he just couldn't figure out what to do at that point to not get a penalty.

Should have been no call or both of them as Toews pulled Butler down and knew exactly what he was doing there.
