Anyone still naively clinging to the belief that this is just a smear campaign made up by the TorStar?

@stuberman For those not in Toronto, our mayoral version of Breaking Bad just reached the point where Hank is taking a dump with the Walt Whitman book

Geez, how did this guy ever get elected mayor?

Honestly.

The other candidates must feel real bad about themselves. lol

Well, the Ford family links to organized crime goes back generations, so I wouldn't be surprised if the election wasn't exactly democratic. In fact, many people did come forward and say they were bullied into voting for him.

Between Stephen Harper and Rob Ford, I would LOVE to be at that Conservative national convention today. Holy moly that would be entertaining.

Also, Ford should smoke more crack. It's good for him.

There were many mayoral candidates in 2010, but Ford was the only conservative. His "stop the gravy train at City Hall" talking points resonated well in the business community as well as in affluent suburbs such as Vaughan.

Frankly, Ford's base isn't going to care about this. All he has to do is campaign with the same talking points as last time, and his base will turn out for him in droves - as long as he's still the only conservative in the race.

Well that's no fun! Maybe MelBridgeman will come back to be the Rerun of this thread and deny reality for our entertainment instead.

Seriously though, good on you. Most people would just slink away and never mention the subject again.

Some good details there.

Wonder if Ford had a connection to that murder of Anthony Smith.

Good on you to admit it. Duffy really did him in.

Now what do you think about Ford?

Wanna see something really scary? Read what some of Ford's base thinks here.

He's going to get away with it.

If you are doing something shady, why do you make hundreds of phone calls from your cell phone to a suspected drug dealer? Has Hollywood taught you nothing Rob Ford? I'm sure you can find a payphone to make these calls from! Jeesh.

I think in this day and age, hundreds of phone calls at a payphone would be even more suspicious. Do they even have payphones anymore?
