I was of the opinion they looked horrible when the EA leak came out and was hoping they would look better in real life, but they don't.
Still looks like we're the "Calgary C's".

Seriously? They're both red jerseys with black necklines, white laces and a script "Calgary" with a Flaming C stuck to the bottom of it. And no self-respecting man would be caught wearing either of them.

I have to admit that they look a lot better there than the leaked pics from the game. Still not sold on that wordmark. It just looks awkward and gives a feeling of cheapness because it so much resembles the kind of knock-offs we see in stores like WalMart and Zellers (RIP).
If I had my way I would get rid of the tiny black flaming C and straighten out the wordmark or get rid of it altogether and put a normal sized black flaming C there.
On another note, I would be very pleased if they decided to drop the flags on the current home/aways and put that new patch on the shoulders.

They are better than I was expecting, and at some point I'll likely buy one, but I am still disappointed.
Most of my disappointment results from the 3-4 designs posted in the third jersey thread that would have completely blown these ones away. Seeing those got me quite excited about how these were going to turn out.
This is only made worse by the fact that the retro thirds were awesome.
Missed opportunity.
