I can't wait for Klimchuk, Porier and Sieloff to get to CGY.

Really liking Ramo's lateral side to side movement. Looks like a young Kipper with those quick legs.

Is it me or does it still feel weird when you see Burke in the Flames suites overseeing the games?

Capitals must be a frustrating team to cheer for. On one hand they have some slick talent and at times make some really nice plays. Then you have the horrible defensive coverage at times that make you shake your head. Now that is a team that needs a shutdown defenseman that can play 25 minutes a night.

Really liking the Colborne acquisition. I know this trade has 'Burke' all over it but he's proven to be right more than he's been wrong over the years. If Colborne and Monahan can maintain solid play for most of the season and Jankowski comes along we could be looking at three quality, big centres not even close to their primes as well as Backlund who is maturing. It's still early but this is as promising its been at this position for decades.

Love Cammy. Will be sad to see him go this year.

Also, I am surprised that the altitude of Calgary didn't get the 1st star tonight.

Seems posting pictures of Flames baseball caps in the GT is the key to slaughtering the opposition this season. Who knew.

No kidding!! When CP member starts hating a player, it doesn't matter how this player do he will never do anything good. It is getting annoying actually.

Ramo played well tonight. He remembered where Ovie beat him in the first game so he was pretty much ready for everytime The guy shoots. Wideman, Russels, Cammy and Big Joe were excellent. TJ Brodie was good too. Excellent game by the Flames tonight. Excellent night for Calgary sports fans Stamps won over Riders and now Flames won as well.
