It did make McDonalds change their practices but they'll find another cheap way to "wash" their burgers and the cycle would change again with forced changes. All this is doing is reinforcing people's arguments who are already against McDonalds. Those who are eating there would shurg their shoulders and keep eating.

McDonalds has always been the butt end of food practices jokes and anyone going in thinking it offers high quality food is really just naive
