Step 1: receive pass
Step 2: allow goalie to setup
Step 3: take weak, unscreened wrist shot

The scoring chances we have given up kipper in his prime would have let in at least 4. This team has given up really awful chances against. Ramo has been hung out to dry. Joey Mac as the worst lateral movement of any goalie I have watched so its not like he would be doing better tonight. Flames should be embarrassed tonight

Average isn't the word I'd use for the Flames.

Dryden and Tretiak couldn't win in front of this team tonight let alone a KHL allstar

I hope Feaster call a press conference tomorrow - that Glencross has agreed to waive to NTC and agreed to be traded to the Oilers

First it was Kipper then Macdonald now it's Ramo.

Hasek in his prime couldn't save this team. Our defence is terrible. Any goalie will look bad when Wideman is playing 30 minutes and a 6'7 guy whose only attribute is his height. And don't forget Russel and Butler.

Not sure I agree with Mr. Coffee, but it is possible that the rest of the team didn't agree with Hartley's decision and they didn't commit as much tonight to playing Hartley's game because of it.

Just speculation, but I could see that being something that may have upset the team dynamic that they built.

Or, you know, they are just really tired.

Not that I want to throw this grenade out there, but Butler has been quite good tonight. Made a really nice play on Benn one on one just now as well.

But yeah... Ramo is a long, long long ways away from Kiprusoff.
We are going to need better than average goaltending from either guy if we want to win games with a young team. Ramo giving up 4 or 5 goals a game can only go for so long before people start becoming concerned.

Get Colborne out there. The guy's been riding the pine for the last 15 minutes. FU Hartley.

Edit - Derp. He literally played a shift as I typed this.

This team was projected to finish near the bottom for a reason so relax and watch some good young players develop. The defence is bad but it was known.

I disagree Kipper could make some unbelievable saves; You just have to think back on how often our backups sucked while Kipper kept winning games.
