For what expected to be a complete decimation, we did okay against a sluggish Ducks team.
Still though, it's tough to take the loss even with all the positives in the 3rd.

Lazy play by Brodie costs them in the second.
Great effort in the third but this team can't give a team that's they're outplaying and outchancing in the period and in the game, any easy breaks like that, they just don't have the horsepower as they did previous.
Good game overall by Stempniak, could've had a couple in the third.

Winnik is a piece of ####. He got hit in the helmet and went down as if he was hit in the face untill the whistle went. Puts his head up and smiles after. Gets to the bench and says 'im fine'. Good effort by the boys.

LETS GET THE REFFS ON THE SAME PAGE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULE ON INJURIES. 2nd damn time this year they blow it down when the rule book clearly states that you must gain possession for the whistle to blow.

Really tough when we can't win any of those clutch faceoffs near the end. I counted at least 5 straight at the end.
Team is really playing well but yeah if we don't address it we won't be able to tie many games like that.

Guy got dinged in the head, close to the neck it seemed. Zero issue with the play being blown dead there, even if it wasn't to the Flames advantage.
