I logged in to bell.ca/hockeyonline yesterday and got my NHLGCL code for free. Nice perk of being a long time customer of Bell Centre Ice where you get both Centre ice and Game Centre Live for 200 bucks.

Anyone from outside NA had a weird amount off their payment card?
I've just checked and they've taken £15.64 which is about $25

This will be my 3rd year with GCL and I'm only being charged $100 (4 monthly payments of $25) and that includes the vault section as well, compare that to the price of the CHL and WHL season passes which can go up to $299 it's a very good deal.

Yeah, I've heard it's grandfathered but I might keep trying as the Bell site is wonky. Off topic but I find it hilarious and frustrating that the Telus and Bell sites are iffy to use since they are internet providers.

Your getting a better exchange than me, my $25 worked at just over £16 but still well worth it.

Just ordered CI for $159! 4th year I have had it since I've been living in California for that time.

I signed up through my phone on Bell. The price was $100 not 150. On my home internet it was 150. Maybe it's some Bell magic price or a screw up on Bell IP addresses and they will catch up with me but worth a shot.

Anybody know how much Center ice is in Canada? Trying to avoid calling Bell to ask, again.

I'm with Telus and it's $200. I'm paying $50 per month for it. Well worth it IMO.

Bell's site was wonky, but I got my code and successfully signed up for GCL. I've had Centre Ice now for 4 years I think.
Is this offer grandfathered? That would be pretty shady.

Shady or no, I love that Bell still offers this. Great value, to get Center Ice and NHL GC in one inexpensive package.

I am thinking about getting GCL but suspect a lot of games will get blacked out for the Canadian teams because someone is likely broadcasting it in Canada. With services like unblock us, do I have to change my dns on router or can I just manually set dns on my ps3 and leave other devices off?

Changing on the device - PS3, Xbox, Ipad, etc - works for getting aroudn the blackouts.

Blackouts are actually quite limited...depending.
If an NHL game is broadcast in your local market (ie on your regional Sportsnet, or TSN, CBC) it won't play on GCL.
Almost EVERY other game should be available on GCL.
To be more precise, Flames fans living outside the Calgary market can watch almost every Flames game on GCL, with the follow exceptions:
a) When Flames are playing vs. a team in your town (in which case you can just watch the local TV broadcast).
b) the game is being televised nationally (in which case you can just watch that broadcast).
c) the game is not televised, period (in which case you turn to the great Peter Maher).

I used Gamecenter last night for the first time. Hooked up my TV through my computer, and it worked quite good. The picture quality isn't HD, but it's pretty damn good. One downside is the frame rate isn't great. That being said, I think it's worth it.
