Hank has everything to lose and Walt has nothing to lose if you believe that he has terminal cancer.

Hank basically ruins his family's life with the possibility of himself going to jail/being disgraced all so that in the final 6 months of Walter's life he gets a taste of justice? That's where the uneasy truce will rest.

Well we know that eventually Walt is found out so obviously Hank tells someone. I just wonder how we get there.

He was looking for it cause he wanted to read it while he was getting sick. He originally went to the washroom to get sick from the chemo treatment, not to look for the book. After he drove the porcelain bus for a few moments he decided to open it up while he calmed down and make sure he was feeling ok. When it wasn't in it's usual place he started looking around for it. Same as anyone looks for anything.

It's actually a bigger stretch to think that Walt would search his car for a bug out on a whim and then find one.

Goes to show how the tight story-telling style of the series tricks the viewer into thinking that very coincidental events are infact woven into the causal narrative that the show projects.

There is a definite positive to the pop culture aspect of a show that's partially eliminated when it's on an all at once service like Netflix. I prefer to be able to watch it all at once too, but I totally get VFF's point.

Netflix is great in that it makes good shows more popular through giving easy access to old episodes.

I know I wouldn't have watched Community or Breaking Bad without Netflix and those are now my two favorite shows ever.

Well I think by that point he was starting to suspect Hank was avoiding him. There was that scene talking to Skyler in bed about him. He had already shown some musing reactions to Hank's behavior.

Maybe a bit flimbsy, but I wouldn't say 'a whim'.

Just because "Arrested Development" was released all at once doesn't mean every show has to be. Netflix could certainly release on a schedule, although since you don't have advertisers, building up buzz week by week isn't as important.

They are a monthly subscription service, so stretching out the release is definitely an advantage to them.

But they've done three shows now (or more?) in lump chunks, I don't see them changing.

He also would have driven to Saul's office to pick up the cash, so that's another place Hank could connect him to.

oh my god you guys, that just happened.

Killer episode, the stare down between Walt and Hank was ah-maz-ing. Hank was great in that moment, you could feel his hatred, his betrayal. When you're going toe-to-toe with Bryan Cranston and living up to him as an actor you know you're doing something right.

The opening scene with Walt saying Hi to his neighbour was hilarious. Can't wait to see how this all unfolds.

Vanflamesfan, I totally get what you're saying, and I agree with it... but man I wish I had 7 more hours of Breaking Bad to watch right now.
