I as well will be there on Day one. I am a fan of the story arc; I am just keen as all hell to keep going down the nuclear annihilation from evil-looking robots genre.
Another Hollywood cash grab, just like re-making Superman and Spiderman. The more people who stop going to these pathetic reboots and remakes the better the movie industry will be. Even if a concept has been done before at least make them come up with an original title and storyline.
Because idiots like me who love the Terminator franchise will be there day one.
The only truly bad Terminator movie was the third one. Salvation is a guilty pleasure of mine, it had a lot of good things going for it.

I love the movie, and the story line, but I think this is a re-start and not a continuation of the story. Much like Total Recall..........I would be more interested in new stories written in that world, and a rehash...

Conan The Barbarian, Total Recall, Terminator. What other Arnold movies can we expect a "reboot" from? I'm guessing Predator will be next, but who knows, maybe it'll be Kindergarten Cop
Who knows if it ever sees the light of day, but Arnold needs all the money he can get before he becomes geriatric in a few years.
Oh and and I don't see what the problem is with doing a new Superman movie. There has been one Superman (a boring one at that) in over 20 years (30 if you don't count the craptacular third and fourth movies). So how can anyone have an issue with them rebooting that universe? It's not like the new Spider-Man movies where the last series was only a few years ago.

Man of Steel was a pretty damn good start for rebooting the franchise. People weren't too impressed when Batman Begins came out either, and now look at how well people view the Nolan series.
I really liked (not loved) Man of Steel, but it will only get better when Lex Luther or Brainiac are introduced.
Star Trek was also a very good reboot too. The first two are already two of the better Star Trek movies in the series; really what else can you ask for?
Oh and the Daniel Craig Bond movies could technically be considered a reboot. Not a huge fan of them compared to some, but like Star Trek Casino Royale and Skyfall are among the best in the series.

How so?
