I think a lot of fence rebuilding is going to be dependant on how involved ownership was with what happened to Luongo in the first place and how they move forward with Gillis, or more appropriately, without Gillis.
If i were Vancouver, i'd be worried about the calm, cool, joking manner in which Luongo handled himself through the Schneider fiasco. To me, it's an indication that he's detached himself emotionally from the team and situation and not just "professionalism".
I really don't know how this could end well though, ever try doing something when your heart isn't 100% into it?
