Full extent I wouldn't imagine is know yet. However, I can't how the Stampeded won't be majorly affected. The Saddledome will be in no shape to host anything, other buildings too. The round up Centre and big floor are no doubt flooded. That is a rediculous amount of cleanup, and usually they have to start setting up a week early, which gives them a week from now to cleanup, but there may be water covering the grounds for a couple days yet.

Plus, who knows if the water goes higher yet before it starts to come down, with all the rain in the mountains.

I volunteer with the Stampede and I know that some groups start setting up as early as this Tuesday. So it's certainly going to have some effect.

The chuckwagon barns are almost completely under water at this point so I imagine the track is also not in great shape.

I imagine this will be the biggest disaster in Canadian history.

Nope. 14 is the highest row in the majority of the lower bowl.

I don't think so, Halifax explosion, Newfoundland Hurricane, and the Ice storms were much worse.

I think getting to the dome at all might be an issue before worrying about doing anything about the water inside it
