Would be great to have this guy standing in front of the other team's net on our PP like Chicago got him to do back a few years ago. Too bad he refuses to do that anymore, would be a hard guy to get out of the way.

As a guy who was his height and build at 320 I do not see him being 300.

I would put him at 280 tops.

But to be fair to you guys that hover around the 200 and less mark, 20-30 pounds to guys my size is really not that big of a deal to either gain or lose.
