Default Video of Matt Kemp's Touching Gesture Goes Viral
Video was posted in the Funny Video Thread, but I figured it needed more attention.

No, there was never supposed to be evidence beyond the ailing boy's memory, and perhaps a shelf in his room. Maybe he's wearing Kemp's cap. Maybe he's still holding Kemp's gray road jersey and spikes.

"I didn't know that anybody was filming it," Kemp said Tuesday afternoon. "I wasn't aware."

first i had heard about this, and when i saw the title i was thinking we were talking about an inappropriate kind of "touching".......

we hear so many stories of rich athletes doing dumb things - it is nice to hear about them doing something nice

That was really nice of the guy. Good to know he legitimately didn't do it for the publicity. Shaking the guys fathers hand for a second time pretty much proved that to me.

There was an E:60 bit on Kemp and his efforts in hosptials and charities. Stand up citizen and uses his star power very positively.
