Saw it. Have to say Mayday's one of my favourite shows to watch. Such a tragic event that could have been easily avoided.

Wow...I had never been following the accident investigation, so I never knew the real cause until after watching that.

Just makes me shake my head. While the pilots made so many mistakes, they had so many chances to stop that aircraft...that crash was 100% preventable on so many levels.
