Breen is done. Separated shoulder requiring surgery.

Wow, Sportsnet praising the Flames moving forward.

I like this 3rd tier crew, much nicer to us.

Ya I just saw that on the Backburner forum, didn't think it was necessary to update my comment.

Don't care that this game might screw up our draft position. Glad to see the guys playing well.

I wasn't aware of that. Poor guy. I have said this before but I loved his game in Abby, just the type of d-man you want. One look and the other team starts to feel their legs shake.

The beautiful part of Rob is that he isn't just limited to a particular catch phrase or stereotyped call-set...it's always something new that makes you smile and giggle.

Combine that with the fact that he is extremely well informed on the Flames and is actually a pretty decent play-by-play guy, and you find yourself befuddlingly entertained by nothing more than his calls.

He's sorted out the emotions of his own potential trade + iggy and bouw's departures, bearing down, and bringing it like the professional he is.

Yep- my favourites had to be calling Stemp the Whirling Dervish, and saying 'He put the cookie in the apple' after someone scored. You just never really know what he's going to say next..lol

Wow first game I've watched on NBC Sports in awhile... Roenick sounds like Jason Bateman in Dodgeball and Anson Carter is a moron.

Watching that interview with the girl, McGrattan seems like a legitimately good guy. Glad the team brought him back.
