Ah, googled it, huh. :
I was wondering if it was intentional because you think his acting stinks or a typo. I guessed that it was the latter. I did think it was funny.

The problem is they really never bothered to build any of the other characters in the town. Really it's only the Governor, Milton, and Martinez (who really wasn't that important until recent episodes).
Other then them, who else could it be? Random black dude (does he even have a name?), that chick with the bow (she's dead right)... uh well that's the only two characters I remember even getting any airtime. It really wouldn't make sense unless it's Milton. I guess there is a slight possibility of it being Martinez, but why exactly would be do it, him lighting the walkers doesn't make any sense.

This is the obvious answer. My assumption was more of a possible twist that the writers come up with for entertainment value.

The burning of the Zombies would work with the "clearing" Morgan was doing. He was burning the bodies in a pile beyind the ruined wall.

I think the idea that the Guv got bit is pretty neat, and would be a great twist, but according to the mythos now it would give him what, a maximum of 15 hours? Considering a good deal of time has already gone by (he was fighting the zombies the night before) I'm thinking it probably can't be the case.

Doesn't everybody react different from bites? How long did Caroles husband take to turn in season one? Wasn't it a few days?

Milton's research on the walkers and the virus could come into play. Maybe become a half-walker. Not sure if that would move the story forward at all.. but maybe go back to whatever Milton was trying to do when they first introduced his character.

They do react differently, anywhere from a few minutes to nearly a day. But I think they outlined the general timeframe in the final episode year one at the CDC. Trying to remember exactly what the max is, (as we know it so far), I don't think it was quite 24 hours.

He never turned he was just eaten after Shane busted him up. Maybe you're thinking of Jim, the guy they left by the side of the road. He took a while to turn, but he wasn't killed by the bite, he got the fever and turned slow.

Perhaps he has a tight tourniquet around his arm preventing the virus from spreading? Could work in this circumstance. He can slowly pull the rope free from his arm and she can squirm as he starts to turn.

Heck, let's see how Phillip and Milton became the Governor and the Nerd.
Would anyone here not want to see that stuff?

I'd love to see that, I love flashbacks. One of my favorite scenes in season 2 was Lori and Shane watching Atlanta get napalmed. I also loved watching Shane trying to get Rick out of his hospital bed while the apocalypse breaks out around them.
I want to see Glen's, Michonne's, the Dixon brothers' and the Governor's for sure. Heck I'd even like to see Tdog's.

Yeah, I've been waiting for some flashbacks too. Those would all be interesting story arcs, and I really just want to learn more about the virus, the zombies, and the immediate days around the fall.
Still wondering if there is some bastion of civilization out there somewhere and a group working on a cure. Kinda feels like they've given up on that story arc and focusing on the tribal nature of the current population and how people are coping in the new world.
Shoot, we haven't even left Georgia yet.

I hate flashbacks, I'm not interested in what life was like before for these guys.
