IF the rule is you cannot touch the puck while your feet are still in the box then it was a very very close call to make.
Still BS, they should have let that go.

I've only heard about such a call being made from the players bench, not the penalty box when you only have 4 skaters on the ice.

Stajan was stepping out of the box at the end of his penalty and played the puck with a skate on the ice, a skate in the box. Called it interference.
For the goal, shot rebounded right to Bouwmeester who tried to corral it with his skate but ended up kicking it in his own net... from a fair distance away
