All Tiger all the time (lets watch Tiger eat a snack - I think it was a banana, but didn't want to type watch Tiger eat a banana for fear of being branded a racist), and occasionally the two plugs playing along side of him, mixing in a little bit of indifferent play from 53rd place Phil Mickelson.
Really? I've only watched the last hour or si, but have seen pretty much every one of Fritch's shots

I'm pretty sure they're keeping their groups. Tiger tees off at 6, Fritsch at 6:10

Other way around, Tiger tees off at 6:10.

Fritsch has had a bit of an up and down round but he's hanging in there, -9 right now and tied for 4th. DaLaet sits at -7. Weir is at even, and Hadwin has had a horrible round, +10 for the day and sitting at +3 overall.

Tiger has had some awful tee shots the last several holes, but still 3 under on the round... incredible. Should be on cruise control the rest of the round.

Yeah, how he squeezed 3 birdies and 4 pars out of those first 7 holes is incredible. Especially after Snedeker had closed the gap to 3 strokes. He's making those clutch shots again.

Not sure who has been following this Vijay Singh controversy, but he has dug himself a hole by admitting to using deer antler spray, which contains a PGA banned substance. Vijay is acting stunned after all of the hoopla, suggesting he didn't know it was banned... or did he just not realize this would blow up in his face?

Of all the sports, I wouldn't be surprised if golf has one of the biggest PED problems for the treatment of injuries. The majority of these guys are not athletic specimens by any means, and the golf swing is a very unnatural motion that causes a large number of injuries- Back, knees, wrist, fingers.

Hefty blows his chance at a 59 by missing the last two putts. One of those rare situations in life where 60 can somehow be disappointing.

I would have though Deer Antler Spray would be a PED for a hunter not a golfer!

There has always been a bit of supsicion around Vijay and PEDs - considering he was able to perform better post-40.

Wasn't he kicked off another tour for cheating?

I know Lefty shot 60 today, but what about Brian Gay who is playing some some really good golf of late? He polished off a 65 in his first round today. His last nine rounds have been the following, 68, 66, 67, 67, 66,67, 63,65, and 18 of his last 22 rounds (dating back to Fall Series) have been sub-70.

The Asian Tour for altering his scorecard. Always disliked Vijay and hope he is punished for this.

Vijay should give the Canadian Open back to Mike Weir.

Agreed, such an exciting hole to watch. I think they mentioned that the 16th can hold up to 20,000 people alone (could be wrong on that figure though since the TV was very low). I would love to hang out there one-day then go party at the Bird's Nest after.

I didn't know the Dustin Johnson is dating Paulina Gretzky.

Dustin is paired up with Wayne for the Pebble Beach pro-am right now (and sitting in 115th place right now - that isn't going to impress a potential father in law)
