Flabbibulin is right. IMO most of the Pats fans on CP are knowledgeable and level headed (as much as one can expect from fans of any team)

there have been several people to start in on the idiotic ray lewis conversation in the last week, only one of which was a Pats fan (sask).
Nope, you're right. There are a few really good, really intelligent Patriots fans on here. Like Canuck fans they get overshadowed by the jackassery of morons.

Call me a sore loser all you want, Ray Lewis probably murdered two guys and there's nothing you Ravens fans can do about it.

I give you permission to gloat, because if the Pats had won I would have acted the same way.

Probably? Wow, have some conviction in your beliefs. There's the Canuck fan mentality!!!

Yes, most Pats fans on here are smart, intelligent people. I happen to be an exception.

Not sure where "bandwagoner" is coming from. Last time I switched allegiances between teams was in 2006 when I stopped cheering for the Red Sox and started cheering for the Twins.

Interesting to see a team that struggled down the stretch come alive in the playoffs. The talk the last few years has been about peaking at the right time (end of the regular season). Denver, Atlanta, and the Pats were on cruise control for too long. San Fran has a very dynamic offense with Kaepernick, so they are the easy pick and Im sure will be the favourite.

Numerous people on twitter saying San Fran is currently favored by 5 points

Papi, Flab, Troutman and GirlySports do not deserve a bad rap. They just aren't as strongly opinionated as me.

Here you go.

The Ravens wouldn't know what to do if they were favoured.

All right boys! We got'em right where we want 'em!

I'd never label intelligent posters as Canuck fans. The guys you mentioned are very good fans and have my respect.

Sounds fair. I'll let these fine folks enjoy their AFC championship (that's all they've won so far).

Thanks for the warning, Jiri.

Suggs really doesn't like New England. One more quote from him as I saw this on twitter as he was leaving the field, as this was before his other comments: "Tell them to have fun at the Pro Bowl. Shut 'em out in the 2nd half. Arrogant (bleep)-ers."

I just hope an insanely controversial call decides the Super Bowl so we can see the all-time Harbaugh meltdown, one way or another. Ugh, two of the least likeable teams in the league but I suppose its better than the Falcons. Hoping it won't be a boring game but I suspect it will be. Hopefully Beyonce one ups Janet and gives us both titties.

I never really got the argument that the Patriots haven't won since Spygate. They have been to the Superbowl twice, and to the playoffs every year (except when Brady got hurt). Even if they were spying on other teams during their three Superbowl's, it obviously was not much of a difference maker in them winning each game.

The Pats are easily the best team to not win a Superbowl since Spygate, but it just proves how random the results have been in recent years. Many people could have gone through ten teams before they got to the Ravens making the Superbowl this season. Of the 12 teams that made the playoffs where would the Ravens have ranked in terms of favorites? I'd say around 8-10 of them, so it just shows how much more meaningless the regular season, and previous results in general have become.

Yeah 8 or 9 is likely where most would have rated them I think. The notion that you have to be hot going into the playoffs get's shot down this year. Really Baltimore is healthier than they've been injury wise and San Francisco is also in good shape in terms of not missing it's main players.

Should be a better game than the one these two teams played last year. San Francisconis more dynamic on offence, and Baltimore has decent good offensive talent.

Deion Sanders needs to lay off the green stuff. I can't believe he just said this on the NFL Network: "It's the second Super Bowl coached by brothers. First was Tony Dungy and Lovie Smith." Yeah... I guess I learned something new tonight.
