I was disappointed they didn't have any retro Glencross/Bouwmeester in my size. Hopefully one Sunday they'll have the other side open and I can swipe one.

Brodie was my other choice but the small had some damage to it

I had to get a new jersey and a few hats myself. Still love my flaming C no matter what.

Well, as much as I feel like a fool, I couldn't resist the 50% off promotion. Debated the authentic for quite a while, but ended up going with a Tanguay home jersey, and Baertschi 3rd jersey. I figured I couldn't decide between the two, so I opted for the replicas and got both. Problem solved.

it would have been pretty sweet if they did something for the dudes that work for the Flames / Saddledome that lost their jobs and/or income for several months while crybaby millionaires pouted in their ivory towers and gold laced robes.

Go public and announce bonuses of some sort, back-pay or missed pay to keep people whole (if there was any missed pay I suppose, has this been confirmed?)... that would have been good PR I think.

Anyway, whatever, the very best thing they could have done, honestly, was save the season and they did that. So that's a whole lot better than the alternative in my opinion.

I was waiting to replace my Lombardi jersey so the 50% off was perfect timing! There wasn't much left on jersey sizes at the North Hill store tonight so I ended up ordering online. Sure, it sucks that I won't get them for a couple weeks, but I can't complain - Baertschi ladies jersey and a retro Cammalleri ladies jersey for under $200 with free shipping? I'll take it

Harvey The Hound and some Ice Girls showed up at my son's atom hockey game on Sunday at Henry Viney arena, handing out Flames gear. I assume they were hitting rinks all over the City for Esso Minor Hockey Week. Good move.

Thanks Tapestar! That's a nice little bonus from the Stampede Board.

How's the stock on authentic jersey's at the Dome? I'm coming down for the game on Sunday and would love to take advantage of the 50% discount and pick up a jersey. I take the smallest size (46 IIRC) and would probably be looking for a Baertschi or Brodie jersey. Do you think I'd have any luck on Sunday?

Baertschi you're SOL. Bought a Backlund (gambling I know...) jersey at the North Hill and asked about finding Mr. 47
Sold out since yesterday afternoon. I did see a number of Brodies though, smallest at medium.

I'm don't think you'll find any pre-crested authentics -- you'll have to have it sent in to be crested (I was told it could be up to 4 weeks; I'm thinking possibly more given the amount of orders I saw in the brief time I was at the North Hill store). The smallest authentic I saw at North Hill was a 50 (home red 2.0); don't know about the Dome though.

Compared to what the Laffs are doing for their STH the Flames are doing the barest of bare minimum for appreciation ha its all BS.

50% off consessions for wow a entire 2 games thanks boys.
Thanks Oil and Gas Wealthy Flames.
The 75 jerseys are going to who they have already selected and the 50/50 so what they are guarentee 2x 50k jackpots. Just another way to line their pockets in revenue.
None of these are appreciation to STH.

I'm not sure why everyone is upset with the owners not giving enough. Fehr is mostly to blame for the long lockout. What are the players giving back to the fans to show their appreciation? Hopefully some wins.

The Flames don't rake in the profits the way MLSE does. If the Flames did what the Leafs did they'd likely lose money on the season.

Those generous people at MLSE have the highest ticket prices in the league.
