Buffalo shouldn't even have to play the CPU. Give him the win and move onto the finals. Anyone who admits to quitting in frustration deserves the loss.

Philly vs Buffalo.

Gm 5 vs CPU:
Philly 5 @ Buff 3

Buffalo dominates play but the CPU makes it look like I'm playing in goal instead of Fleury and scores 5 on 9 shots for the win.

Gm 6 vs CPU:
Buff 5 @ Philly 2

Sabres pull it together and get a solid win, although Fleury still allows 2 goals on 12 shots.


Eastern final now done, Buffalo awaits either Phoenix or Edmonton in the Stanley Cup Final.

Phoenix is up 2 games to 0 in the Western final. Both were 1 goal affairs that includes a Chad Larose breakaway game winner with 0.5 seconds left in game 1, of course Edmonton hit the post right before this. And a Toews PP one timer in the slot in game 2 of overtime. The next few games will occur most likely Wednesday at some point.

While I did volunteer to be commish if tagger has to step down, the one thing I would be a stickler on is getting games over and done with.
Im sure I am not the only one who has lost drastic interest as there is nothing for the entire league - 3 teams to look forward to.

Its been 3 weeks since the playoffs started. I know people have busy schedules but if your too busy to average 1-2 games a day during playoffs then I don't think you have time for this league.

Of course this is my opinion and some of you may prefer the more spread out schedules....

Hopefully you guys can get your games done today or tomorrow so the Final can start asap...I might be away next tuesday until friday so it would be nice to finish the playoffs and not hold up the league for another week.

Can we get a response at least by Edm or Pho if or when the games are going to be played? If nothing happens after today, I say Realtor passes the motion to take over commish and we sim the games...or whoever is free to play faces the cpu to move it along.

Three rounds of the playoffs has taken like 6 weeks.

I remember when everyone was saying keep it to 3-4 days then sim.

It isn't like there will be a year 2 as I am willing to bet only like 8 people will be left after this year.

Enough waiting, whoever's still wanting to continue our league accept the commissioner change in-game. I'll transfer the position to Realtor or whoever wants it but lets just get this thing moving again. I've sent individual messages on xbox to all the league members so hopefully we get enough of a response to pass the vote.

I had surgery a couple weeks ago so I haven't seen my xbox which is why I haven't responded to your message. Won't be back until the new year. I assume you can get this done without me.

The Commissioner vote was just passed tonight so I am temporarily holding the post until I talk to and transfer it to Realtor.

Phoenix GM and others, I was thinking of booting Tagger so the playoffs can finally be finished. Simming them isn't really fair in case of injuries and Tag can rejoin after if he's still interested in playing.

Lets get this thing moving again!!!

Has anyone considered just starting a new league so we're not left with figuring out which teams are active. Just take a vote on here to see who wants to play in the league and start fresh from there?

No one is active right now. The past 5 weeks have had maybe 5 games played.

Tagg3r goes AFK for 3 weeks and is the commissioner.

If lox would just advance it and sim the games, then he and Phoenix can play for the cup and the next season would begin.

Pretty much came down to my D not being able to keep up with his forward speed and him being able to score on a very high percentage of clean or partial breakaways.

The league is ready for the draft so everybody needs to set a draft priority if they care, or let the cpu use the default list.

I'll transfer the Commissioner position to Realtor tomorrow when I talk to him and we'll have to msg everybody on xbox to see who's still active. We have enough members for sure to continue because the majority vote needed for me to take over passed.
