Not the best statue, not the worst either .......... looks nothing like Wenger. I was hoping they would have incorporated the watch into it.

Starting to look like the captain of that trawler.

Figured they might have gone with this mock-up I've seen floating around Twitter.

No. That clears up that myth then.

Strange though that they'd only consider the last 2 seasons and this one's data when taking ALL the data since the PL started = a more comprehensive thorough study.

Or ..... given that the hypothesis to be refuted or supported would be that "Fergie time exists" then surely they should be looking at the last 26 years of data?

Maybe the results aren't sexy enough.

This team isn't CL quality without him, so in essence it's a wash.

I don't think it's a big deal, the question was likely worded "would you play abroad"

I think he's here at least another 2-3 seasons at the current rate, who knows how long if the team progresses under AVB

always classy West Ham

Quote:
West Ham could face an FA investigation after Spurs fans were subjected to sick chants for the second time in a week.

Travelling Hammers fans sang horrific songs at White Hart Lane just three days after Tottenham supporters were stabbed in Rome, with one of them left fighting for his life.

They also sang anti-semitic songs about Adolf Hitler and made hissing noises to taunt Tottenham’s Jewish supporters to bring shame on West Ham.

The West Ham fans chanted: “Can we stab you every week”, “viva-Lazio”, “there’s only one Paolo di Canio” and “Adolf Hitler’s coming to get you” on a day which shocked football.

They'd like Sneijder to take a 30% wage cut.

He is currently Inter and Serie A's highest earner with an annual salary worth 6 million euros a year after tax. It's a colossal amount. Inter are prepared to honor his existing deal but they would like to restructure it, paying him what he is due between now and 2015 in 2017 instead. So, in short, Sneijder would be committing to longer for less.

Samuel Eto'o was sold to Anzhi Makhachkala instead. "One of us two had to leave," Sneijder revealed. "I understood on the day of Eto'o's goodbye that I would be staying and was very happy to do so." That he did, however, was in no small part because interested parties, said to be both Manchester clubs, balked at matching his wages.

Wow. If thats how much he makes at Inter, how much was he asking for from United?

He said he was, I 100% doubt he would have taken it

he has complained about the commute from the South Coast to London, the South Coast to Kiev is a tad bit longer

QPR is the furthest North he has ever managed

you saw in the game today though, that team is not being relegated, he will have them in the 12-14th range by March

NYON, Switzerland -- UEFA president Michel Platini says the soccer body could consider scrapping the Europa League and expanding the more popular Champions League.

However, scrapping it in favor of a 64-team Champions League would likely be opposed by European Club Association members whom UEFA is obliged to consult on competition changes.
http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/st...n-2014?cc=5901

Whats the point of that? They'd just roll the Europa league into the Champion's league?
