Wasn't she on private property and a long lens was used? Not smart being as she is in the public eye but I think she should be entitled to privacy and restrictions out of the public arena especially in in a private area.

Listen, I'd love to see Kate Middleton naked, that yellow dress she wore stepping off the plane in Calgary.. still amazing to think about. But they were on vacation and she certainly wasn't in public. I haven't seen the full ones but they looked grainy and from far far away which makes me guess some stupid paparazzi took it with some stupid zoom lens without her even knowing.
Great if that does it for you but give the girl some god damn privacy. She shouldn't have to worry about being snapped with her titties out while on her balcony on vacation.

Yes those very subjects indeed. The very ones who also benefit hugely from the tourism pounds which are brought to London by people hoping to catch just a peek.

This photo was taken from a 1/2 a mile. How much expectation of privacy does a person need.
I havent looked at the photos and I wont, this is a woman that has done nothing but act respectful as her roll as the future queen and she gets marginalized by a cheap piece of crap photographer
