Finally the Jets get called on their crap. Those late hits are BS.

I don't think he was that good today either but yes I was talking about Cleveland where he was awful.

LOL, moon. Don't let a little thing like factual evidence get in the way of good ol' biased perception.

I forgot this is the NFL thread where if you don't think everyone's team and players are awesome you know nothing.
He puts the ball in bad places, takes too many stupid hits and takes too many risks for my liking. He did all those things today.
Not sure what "factual evidence" I need to look at after watching most of the game today.

No, this is the NFL thread where if you put forward an opinion that doesn't match up with reality, and fail to back it up, you end up sounding like a moron. Which stupid hits did he take today that weren't the fault of his offensive line? Other than the first pick, where was the poor ball placement?
The factual evidence is his stat line:
23-37 71.9% 371 YDS 11.59 AVG 1TD 2INT
10 CAR 34 YDS 1 TD
And then of course the game-winning drive. He was also pretty much perfect on third downs (8-10, 109 YDS, 1 TD, 1 RUSH TD). By any measure, he performed well today.
The MNF game against Washington two years ago, was probably "Just ok" by your standards as well.

He took some hits by holding on to the ball too long. Yes the pressure was the fault of the O-Line but him holding on too long and trying to create something out of nothing was his fault. One play where it was a clear hold and he ended up getting twisted around barely avoiding the sack is an example that comes to mind.
As for bad passes he hit Ray Lewis in the hands in the first half and made a couple of other 50/50 passes that he receivers made plays on for him.

If you say so. The one where get got twisted around, resulted from him trying to get out of the pocket and throw the ball away. It also led to the Eagles getting 3rd and goal from close (next play was the TD), instead of being sacked and having much taller order. The Ray Lewis play was a bad read. I think he also made some pinpoint throws today (the big plays to Jackson and Avant being two of them) and basically created the TD pass to Maclin by using his athleticism, plays very few other QBs could make.

I just saw the highlights from the Tampa/Giants game, what the hell is Tom Coughlin's problem since he had words with Greg Schiano after the game?

Bucs took a cheap shot at Eli during a kneel down.

At the end of the game when Eli was taking a knee to run out the clock, the TB D-Line were trying to push the O-Line into Eli and tried to start some fights.

Wow....Tate gets away with a dangerous, illegal block/hit, while Carter gets called for unnecessary roughness for a gentle guide out of bounds.
Damn refs.

Serious question, what rule did Tate break? It's dangerous as hell but it looked like Tate's forehead went right into his chest.

Is it possible the NFC West might actually be half-decent this year?

I agree. Nobody did anything illegal on that play.

These replacement refs are going to cost someone a serious injury, even possibly a career ending injury. That is a scary thought.

They seriously may have the worst D in the NFL to this point, its bottom 5 easy.
That and their OT's scare the crap out of me, can't believe how much outside pressure Car was getting on only 3 man rushes. The fact Bushrod made the Pro Bowl last year is hilarious. Brees is gonna get Cutler'd this season if this keeps up.

Kenny Albert who is calling the Seahawks Cowboys game kind of sounds like Peter Griffin.
