i will be out on Thursday then!! phew, wasn't sure how i was going to manage a sleep in with a house full of kids!
It will be just me Thurs, and Jen and the girls Friday, and hopefully just Jen and me Sat night, don't worry about food for the kids.

any news on playing times yet? trying to organize kid sitting. I am planning on being out there tomorrow night about 6:30 7:00, is it just me and Aeneas?
Also, it's Banffgirl's Bday on Friday, so i thought i would bring Cake, and likely extra booze for her ( one or 2 ciders should do it)

Friday night: steaks and sides.
Saturday breakfast: eggs, bacon, fruit
Saturday lunch: "gourmet" hotdogs, salad
Saturday supper: cinncinati chili, pork, chicken, veggies, bread
Sunday breakfast: eggs, sausage, fruit
5 meals, not sure who all is in. Brought too much food last year. Cost uncertain till I pick up stuff tomorrow. I think $5 per meal is a starting approximation. May be less may be more.

i have a plastic tub of off cuts and bits (maybe good for friday and tomorrow night) and about 3 bags worth of wood jen stole from banff last weekend, but likely will need more
i would be in for pitching in for wood

Go around to the home building sites around Calgary and collect discarded wood pieces they toss in thier bins. I woild think you should be able to collect enough fire wood.

I sawed up some furniture today. Could get us through Thursday night on that.
Looks like we'll need lots for Saturday night. If I have room in the car, will bring out a bag I have here. In addition to the furniture.
