Room for Rent! Dalhousie Townhouse. $600 all included

Hey everyone, I have a room for rent in my Dalhousie townhouse. The house is 10min> walk to the ctrain, takes about 20 min door to class for students, and about 30 min door to downtown. House is shared between myself (23 yo male student/landlord) and one other roommate (21 yo female student). We have a very relaxed living situation and welcome friendly people who are looking to live well and make good friends! We just got a small puppy named Boris. He is adorable and not much trouble (so far).

- Rent includes all utilities, cable, extreme high speed internet
- In house laundry
- walking distance to grocery, bank, other amenities and 2 malls are close by
- bus station right outside the door.
- parking is street.
- very spacious room
- shared kitchen and bathroom with ONE roommate.
- student preferred

Rent is $600

The guy who lives in it currently isn't in town and I wanted to get the add up ASAP. Dont really feel like going through his stuff to clean his room.
