Kirby Puckett has just died.

The memories of the good times will be those that stay in my mind for perpetuity.

I'm a Braves fan, but Kirby was always my favourite non-Brave.

It is a sad day for the world of baseball.

One of my all-time favorite ball players. The first player to hit the $3,000,000 salary mark in professional sports. Sad day...

Heard on ESPNradio he blew up to around 325-350 lbs before his stroke. Guy always had trouble with his weight. Good on him for keeping it down to 210 for as long as he did. RIP.
