This has to be the biggest thing Edmonton has won in years.

That isn't fair. They won the lottery 3-seasons in a row.

I won't blame Carruth for the score thus far. With the way the Portland defence is playing, at least some of those pucks are bound to go in.

Three games I want to watch going on at the same time. Penticton is playing Woodstock for the Junior A championship as well. I don't have enough monitors wired up to watch more than two at a time.

I really don't have a preference about which team I want to win. If Edmonton wins, that's okay. They have no affiliation to the Oilers other than their location.

I'd like to see how Brossoit does against the best teams in the CHL.

I just want Baertschi to get experience in the Memorial cup. Broissoit always has next year.

True, but Baertchi's oozing of confidence already. I have a feeling that a Memorial Cup under his name is very unimportant in regards to Baertschi's future hockey career.

I think a Memorial Cup would be exponentially more important to Brossoit's experience and confidence.

But again, don't really care which team wins.

IMO Wotherspoon has been the best player for the Winterhawks in this game, limited turnovers, good outlet passes and solid defensively; except on that last play in the second.

Rutkowski, Morrow and Pouliot have been brutal defensively. I remember earlier in the year, people were hoping the flames draft Rutkowksi or Pouliot with their first round draft pick, but after the series I've seen of these two, I pray the flames don't pick them.

Yeah, that's no goal. Good call.

For those who follow the juniors year-round, what is the likelihood of Brossoit being Canada's starter at the World Juniors next year?

At this point it's hard to imagine he won't get invited to the summer camp.

These guys are just gassed. I wonder what Sven's ice time in the last two games has been.

$20,000 50/50 tonight. Pretty good for a Junior game.
