Sultan's Tent on 17th - a bit pricey ($30 per person), but definitely worth it

Fiore's on 17th Avenue across from Blockbuster is cheap and mid-range fancy. Good if you like Italian.

Yup, they are back and better then ever after the reno's. I love the cheap pasta days. But it's not too unreasonable any other day of the week too.

The siding cafe (center street and 7th ave) has good ambiance and reasonably priced, excellent food, and there's the Palamino right across the street, which has a great atmosphere and decent live music (quite often it's rockabilly musician Ronny Hayward).

I would recommend Milestone's or The Saltlick on Stephen Avenue as trendy places to take a date. I would personally recommend the Med Cafe, but it can get pretty loud sometimes because of its popularity.
Broken Plate is a green light in my books as well. I would suggest Open Sesame as another option, right below the Smuggler's Inn in the same building.

The Embercadaro beside Ed's restaurant on 17th. Great food, prices from $10 to $35, they have oysters a and you have after diner entertainment with the casino across the street.
