				 What's your "Claim to Fame"?

Saw a poster mention in another thread something regarding knowing a certain person being their "claim to fame" and thought that might be a neat thread idea.
So, what is your "claim to fame"? It can be a famous person you know, a well known event (historical?) you've attended or maybe something you've personally done that got a lot of attention.

My "claim to fame" would have to be that I have a great uncle (Harry "Apple Cheeks" Lumley) who's won a Vezina, a Stanley Cup and is in the HOF. I also have a few friends that have made the show, but they are fairly average players. I did play with Mike Green of the Caps one year in Peewee hockey as well, that would have to be my runner-up.

			claim to fame....
for work i've done a number of designs for some big names. a few years back i had done some crazy airplane designs for a company that does airplane modifications. one of their customers was harrison ford and he saw their jackets and wanted to know how hard it would be to get his plane on some caps....

another cool work one was having to do a couple nhl designs back in 2004.

the habs sold these caps on their webpage...

and then their was the flames run that year - this was the hat design that would have been used if video review happened in '04....

on a personal side.... hmmmm.... probably that my truck was in a national magazine (8-lug) a couple years back and apparently they want to do something on it again - that's pretty cool

I am the only Canadian to ever place in the world moustache championships (Canada has one more bronze in the beard championships from 2009). I still get recognized about once a month.
