Brazilian BBQ.
I have the beef, rice, faro fa and vinigresh under control.
Any ideas on how to do chicken livers? I know to do them
on skewers, just ideas on seasonings.

Can't help you out there, but was just at Gauchos for the first time on Wednesday night. Wow, is that place ever awesome! Is what you are making somewhat similar? Chicken hearts and beef ribs were my faves there.

Yup. We had the liver there once and it was killer. I ate so
much I had the meat sweats.Anyway put the liver away for
now and just went with the beef.
