Just upgraded mine and the wife's iPhones and as such, have the following for sale.
iPhone 4 16GB - Fido - Black
Condition: Excellent, near mint, no major dings, scratches etc.Works perfectly.

-Has been in full body skin since purchase (front and back)
-Includes retail box and charging adapter (and headphones if you want)
-Purchased in Sept 2010 (however, is newer than that, as that one was replaced in August 2011 under warranty, so its really only a few months old). Receipts can be provided upon purchase.
iPhone 3GS 16GB - Fido - Black - (can be jailbroken / unlocked if requested)
Condition: Excellent, no major dings, scratches. Has a small crack on back above dock connector (common issue). Smaller minor scuff etc. from normal usage. Can provide pics of condition upon request.
