Was able to pick up my 60 inch Samsung led tv for 1450 at Visions. It's not an insane boxing day deal, but still good enough pricing for me to brave the crowd at noon to pick it up. Also scored a Klipsch centre channel and Denon receiver online at Futureshop during their Christmas eve sale.

I got an otter case for my nice, new Samsung Galaxy S2 and I grabbed my wife a tripod and a few DVD's. Futureshop wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be.

Bought a new bed. 50% off, or so they say. But a Sealy Queen Mattress set, mattress cover, frame, old bed disposal and a couple pillows for just under $1100 including tax.

The bed is supposedly regular $1575, so I think I did pretty good.

I've had the same gross nasty twin bed since I was a teenager, so this should have happened years ago.

Oh and my wife would not let me buy a team USA jersey with my Christmas money ( she will likely be pissed at me when we go to the game tomorrow and I am sporting a new USA hockey jersey HAHA) ... She was however onboard with me buying Team Canada underarmour shirt and nike pants.... Double Standards.. Damn Women!

I went skiing in ridiculously crappy snow. I hate shopping at the best of times, not a chance I would shop on Boxing Day, regardless of the awesomeness of the deals!

However, I have come to realize that I need new snow pants, so I think that is a project for tomorrow evening (at a place with a Boxing WEEK sale haha).

I'm jealous (not about the kid though ). All of our liquor and beer stores here are closed Boxing Day and close stupidly early on Christmas Eve. So we pretty much get three straight days without being allowed to buy alcohol. It can be super sucky if you run out of it.

That sounds like it would be a good race. I'd love to know if that does come to be.

Deodorant and shaving cream. Shoppers Drug Mart had an incredibly awesome Boxing Day deal on Old Spice at $2.99. I splurged and bought two of them . . . maybe I'll flip on eBay. Fought with the other nine customers in the store, and waited in line for about 45 seconds--next year I think I'll camp out to be first in line.

Got out of there spending about $10 at around 9:00 a.m.

I'm exhausted.

From Lululemon it is. They are usually around the $100 mark. And yes they are worth it. Amazing quality and comfort.
