Haha real quiet in here, you'd think the Flames were playing the Cansucks or something...
Awesome how halftime is perfectly synched with the 1st intermission, c'mon man. Was hoping to at least catch some of the Flames game. Doesn't look meant to be.

Good job on singlehandedly destroying your team's drive, Titus Young. Probably should've been a TD. Lions are so undisciplined. That's on Schwartz. Hotheaded team from the top down.

Got a game again. I'm so sick of Gregg Williams.
EDIT: And the breaks in this and the Flames game are way too in sync. End of 3rd Q break, Flames are in 2nd intermission. Come on, Michael!

I can't believe how undisciplined this team is. Was the same thing last week against Green Bay. I like this team a lot actually, but Schwartz needs to get that fixed NOW. Totally, completely unacceptable.
EDIT: Idiot play Cam Jordan. See how Sean Payton tore him up on the sidelines Schwartz? That's what you need to be doing.

One game closer to the division! I just wish the Niners would lose a few so the Saints could get that #2 spot...

The good news for the Lions is everyone from the #4 to #8 seed in the NFC lost, so basically nothing's changed in terms of the wild card. Also good news for the Saints, which means we're that much closer to clinching a berth in a tight NFC.
Gotta say, I'm actually looking forward to an 11am game next week, after the bye week and these prime time games. I enjoy laying on my couch half awake with my old ripped Deuce jersey over top of my pyjamas. Just feels right.

Yeah, Detroits discipline is terrible. They're lucky everyone else lost today to stay in the playoff hunt. But you can't win when you play that stupid.
Interesting races though...Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Houston, and New England all at 9-3 at the top of the AFC. Denver now battling the Raiders for the AFC West, and Cinci, the Jets, Titans, along with AFC West runner up fighting for the final wild card.
In the NFC Green Bay, San Fran clinch their spots. Saints are pretty much in, leaving Dallas, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, and Detroit vying forth final three spots, on of which Dallas or New York will claim.
Right now I'm thinking Ravens to face the Packers in the Superbowl. Saints might be able to beat the Pack. Either way I think the NFC team wins this year.

I love that there's gonna be some great races to the finish. #4-8 all losing in the NFC is nuts. Too bad for the Bears losing Forte now for a few weeks at least. Not sure he'd even want to come back, no contract and an MCL issue. They were looking so promising just a few weeks ago. 2 games left head to head between Dallas and NYG is awesome. They should be fantastic considering division is on the line.
AFC is great too. CJ2K looks to be back putting Tennessee in a great spot, the Oakland/Denver fight to finish will be great. Pitt/Baltimore can't let up, have to fight for that 1 or 2 see in the division/conference. Just too name a few teams. More left with good chances.

The Bears' chances at a playoff spot look to be circling the drain. With 3 games left, and one of them at Green Bay, the Bears HAVE to win their next 2, which, without Forte or Cutler I jsut dont see happening at this point

Very unfortunate. Exciting team to watch when Cutler / Forte get in a groove, defense on top of things and teams still kicking to Hester.

I really don't think NE should be up there. Yes there offense is great, bordering on spectacular with those freak TE's and WW catching everything from Brady, but their defense is just so bad. Again with little to no pass rush against the Colts and sat back and let Indy come back on them. McCorty got burned all day. That's not a good sign. Come playoff time that defense would have to play well above their heads to beat one of the other top teams. Because of Houstons defense, I'd actually put them ahead of NE. I'd also have 49ers close to that last spot on your list too. Very good at not turning the ball over and learning from mistakes to get better. O-line just giving up far too many sacks though.

Completely agree.
And the 49ers (opposite to the Pats) have the best D in the NFL, which could go a long way in helping squeek out a playoff win or too. At 10-2, the 49ers really haven't even got the benefit of their week division yet, as they have only played 2 of their scheduled 6 games against either SEA, STL or ARZ. Their 4 remaining games are all against the division.
I don't think the 49ers can beat the Saints, but if the Saints manage to lose early again this year, I can see a 49ers/Packers NFC Championship game, and it would be a great defense vs offense matchup.

The 49ers offensive line is pitiful... Matthews would destroy Smith
