The absolute worse thing for me are the fake lips (injections). It seems almost everyone is doing that now and they don't look good at all. I really don't get what the appeal is. They look terrible and totally ruins a person.

There are some really tragic examples of bad plastic surgery out there.

Meg Ryan went from incredibly cute to almost a monster



Tara Reid was very cute and she was completely mutilated

But Michela Romani (I think thats her name) could be argued that she looks slightly better after hers, I mean she was butt ugly to start with

Meg Ryan just turned 50 last week. It's impossible to say what she'd look like without surgery, but no way she'd be looking like she did when she was 20 either way...

Why do people think that plastic surgery helps them look better? Maybe it shows an immediate change that may or may not improve a feature, but as they get older they look even worse than they would have if they would have left it alone.

I think she would never like how she looks even if she somehow became the most beautiful woman in the world. I feel more pity for her than anything else although revulsion is a close second.
