Huh? I have it on series record and I've got another episode set to record next Sunday. I think the hiatus is after next Sunday's though.

Yeah, I didn't mean to imply it was starting now. It was more a negative reaction to hearing we have to wait 2.5 months after next week.

Shane is quite the guy. He tends to try and "fire his gun off" any chance he gets.

Pretty good episode last night. I'm glad the focus isn't solely on finding Sophia because that was getting pretty boring.
I was surprised at Rick's reaction to Lori telling him about Shane -- much more calm than I expected. I'm glad Glen is getting more screen time as well -- I think he's one of the best characters.
Can't wait for next week!

Didn't he say that he already knew? Makes sense; I'm sure at some point he would have noticed that Shane didn't have his own tent at the original campsite.

Agreed about Glenn, I think he is my favourite character.
Since his first appearance I've always been cheering for him to leave the group to strike out on his own. He's clearly the most adept at surviving in a Zombiepocalypse.
Also, loved watching the first episode where I didn't end up disliking Andrea for some reason at the end.
Love the Loose Cannon element Shane brings. Worst thing to deal with during something like that is people you can't trust at face value.

Better episode last night, not great, but better. I was very disappointed that things didn’t get go further with the Zombie Barn, but I’m assuming that I will be waiting until next week to see that materialize. I found it kind of strange that Darryl went from being a central focus last week, to only a fifthteen second scene this week. I thought they would do more with him resenting Rick and the group after the hallucinations of his brother. On a positive side, I thought this might have been the best acted episode of this series. After a lot of lack luster performances really since the beginning of the show there was some very strong performances this week. Really enjoyed Ricks reaction to finding out about Shane and Lori, and Shane’s slow descent into madness.
If next week’s midseason finale is a strong one I think that it can salvage what started out as a pretty weak second season.

I think he said "he knew" in the sense that he he pretty well assumed. That's how I took it.

I could be wrong but back in the first season I seem to remember them suggesting that Shane and Lori were going at it before to the zombie apocalypse. It’s been pretty well documented that Lori was unhappy with her marriage before things went to hell.

I was going to post the same thing. I thought it was implied that there had been something between them before Rick was shot.

Anyone else see flashes of Leonard "Gomer Pyle" Lawrence when Shane was all crazy eyed in Dale's face?

I knew it. Surprised it took this long.

BIG TIME. Shane and Andrea getting together just seems to have all of the makings of a toxic relationship, too. He obviously isn't playing with a full deck of cards and she has been apathetic to life itself, and it seems like the two of them coming together will either make their discussions of fleeing the group come true or they will try to tear the group apart.
I just felt like the last episode even though there was a ton of emotion, was still foreshadowing to multiple issues, and it's just going to be a matter of when and how big all of these conflicts will be.

I want 6-8 seasons of just zombie killing.

It's going to be interesting to see how things develop with Shane. It's been clear to me the entire series that Shane has very deep feelings for Rick. That's going to be an interesting inner struggle to watch.
Disappointed that Daryl took being shot by that stupid bitch Andrea so well.

Shane was pretty wicked last episode, eff'ing Andrea, scaring the old camper guy (name escapes me) generally being a crazy dick.
This was the first episode where I liked Andrea too.

Nothing more. Just guns and blood.
Each episode should be a 45 minute chase scene with the only decision being made is the best way to conserve ammo.
