Dallas....yikes.
eagles are unreal coming off a bye....and i think they have a good chance at winning that division still after seeing the Giants remaining schedule which, in a word is, brutal.

Seahawks offense is a mess.
Whitehurst starts, plays for a few series, then Jackson comes in. A half dozen drops killls drives.
A dubious tuck rule and the ball hitting the official on the tuck rule, cost 2 or 7 points. Seattle goes for a draw play with 20 seconds to go...down to the 1, and the Bengals sit on him for 10 more seconds and the Seahawks come away with nothing. That was 5-14 points that Seattle could/should/would had, but didn't, in the first half.
Don't let the final score fool you, with 5 mins to go, it was a 5 point game. A CIN drive then got a FG, then a PR TD on the next Seattle stalled drive, and finally a long INT TD on the next Seattle drive.
Seattle's defense is playing pretty well overall, as they did last game, but the offense are full of drops, a poor running game. Too many 3 and out drives, and the defense, once again, has to be on the field for a large portion of the game.
SF has all but wrapped up the division. Seattle has to turn to figuring out the QB plan past this year to win these games (and ones like last week). Whitehurst is done, Jackson has one more year left. Jackson, being not 100%, played ok today, the afreomentioned drops didn't help, but there were points where the Seahawks were on track.
Seattle's lost 4 of thier 5 games with being within 1 score with 5 minutes or less to go. The lack of confidence and lack of finish by the offense especially has killed the team.

The Cowboys looked as bad as the Broncos. That's hard to do.

Far and away my favourite player in the league. The Pats are lucky to have him and Brady. Without them, the team is no better than the Colts this year.
Moon touched on it earlier, have you ever seen a worse attempt at an onside kick than the two New England attempted yesterday? It's no wonder their last successful one was in the mid nineties.

Looking forward to the Monday Nighter tonight. Going to be a tough challenge for SD to go into Arrowhead and steal a win, they historically play terrible there. As well, the Chiefs have rebounded from a sub-par start and are within a game of tying SD for the division lead. Would like to see old Philip Rivers return to form, I am tired of seeing him throw picks and 3 yard check downs. All and all should be a good game against two bitter AFC West rivals

So is Teebow still the chosen one.
Denver pummeled by the Lions 45-10. Like how most of the local media had Teebow built up like he was a Greek God or something.
Teebows stats 18-39 for 172yds 1 TD 1 Int is hardly impressive 63 rushing and 1 Fumble.
Just because the Lions lost 2 coming into this they were still going to crush the Donkeys.

The Chiefs will take the division lead with a win tonight, not tie for it.
I think the Chargers are in a very tough spot tonight.

Nobody in this forum has ever intimated that Tebow is the chosen one.
Not even close.

i could see the Chargers coming out flat and losing this one and then next week against Green Bay, the easy part of the schedule is over and if Rivers continues to play like he has, its game over for the Bolts

Funny....i have the opposite feeling. I think the Chargers win tonight and then carry that over to the packers game and giving them all they can handle. I agree that Rivers has to be better though, he has been abysmal at times thus far for a guy with his credentials.

in other years, the Broncos might contend for top pick but with Miami and Indy, there is no way they finish last. should be able to get a pretty solid QB in the top 5 though..

What are the good QBs available in the draft this year?
USC's Barkley looked good in the game Saturday night. They have him projected at #22 if he forgoes his last year of college.

Luck, Barkley, Landry Jones from OK, Griffin out of Baylor, tannehill out of Texas A&M...all legitimate NFL looking guys.
I cant see Pete Carroll letting Barkely get past him at 8 or where ever they draft BTW....he loves that kid.

Who's the guy from Arkansas, Tyler Wilson? Gil Brandt was really high on him a couple weeks back. Not a great deal of starting experience as he played behind Ryan Mallet, but Brandt thinks the talent level is as good as Andrew Luck, just not quite as polished yet.

I'm going to laugh at whichever team gets duped into taking a Carroll-recruited USC QB in the top 10 again.
