on CNN now.. looks really nasty. Similar to the Montreal icestorms years ago.

As bad as Calgary weather gets here, thank goodness we never have to deal with heavy ice and snow that could known down oak trees!

The system is going through the Maritimes now, the thermostat on the wall says it's 2°C outside, looking out the windows it's a mix of wet snow and rain.

I normally don't mind when it snows (frankly I prefer the extreme weather, extreme heat, extreme cold, blizzard, hurricane etc) however I haven't put the snow tires on the car yet, so ... yeah, hopefully this is just a blip on the weather radar until my snow tires get here.

Yeah, the weather here is UGLY.
Wind is howling, and it's pouring...supposed to get 10-15mm of rain today

Well, if there was a team with that name, I'd suspect 'New Jersey' would be your answer.
