I have an iMac that has multiple profiles but all my permissions are out of wack. Don't know what I did but they are whacked. One profile is my wife's and was the first one set up and has all the admin rights. We share an iTunes library and her iPhone and iPad are syced using her profile
Second profile is mine with is set up as an admin but I cannot access all the stuff she can access. For example I cannot add movies to iTunes under my profile but can under hers. I sync my iPhone and iPad to the shared iTunes library using my profile.
The third profile is our kids and has Parental controls etc... But they always get an error message that pops up automatically saying they don't have permission etc.. Even thou they don't try to access blocked applications. No iTunes syncing.
I can delete my kids one no problem and set it up again.
How can I delete my account without causing havoc with our idevices. We want to keep apps separate (we share an iTunes account). No really issues anymore with email and calendars or documents etc.. I just want to be able to sync our devices under one profile but keep what we sync separate and be able to use wifi sync without having to switch profiles.
