But since they mail it to you only if you sent in your 2004 tax return.... (It goes by Revenue Canada's address for you on you return. If you lived here then, you get the $, at least from what I hear)

You have to have filed a 2004 tax return, or be registered in some other way (i.e. for kids, CTB)

Paying off student loans and credit cards. Well making payments on them, it won't pay them off completely.

I cannot remember the exact number but your family income has to be under 60,000 to get the child tax credit.

I cant wait for my cheque to come in the mail.
I purchased a digital camera on Boxing Day so that money is already spent.
I love being an Albertan!

$400 of pot or shrooms would go further.

That can't be right. I wouldn't qualify then. Yet, I get it faithfully every month.

There is a calculator there, too.
According to this, it is reduced after you hit $35,000. The more you make, the less you get. I entered a random total income of $95,000.00 and still ended up with $13.00 and change. That was for two kids, no child care expenses, living in Alberta.

Either a Scuba BCD and mask or a Synergy SL. Then again I might just go to the bar and spend 100$ on some girl.

For the betting types:
Put $400 down and get:
12 straight winning hands of blackjack, and you're a millionare (actually, 1.6$ million)
12 straight correct calls of black or red on roulette, same 1.6$ millionare.
3 years, 10 months of twice a week 6/49 numbers (no Extra).
For the more practical, Sears in apparently giving a 440$ gift card if you sign the cheque over to them. Brick is doing something too, as is Shoppers Drug Mart I guess.
Me..hmm..probably going to go out and use it to help fund on my Van Isle golf trip on another Ralphie legacy..Family day long weekend.

no they don't, most people who work income tax just throw the crap in the system. Then the ppl in CCTB can't access those parts of the computer system, and the people who answer the income tax lines can't look at the CCTB part of the system, its freaking stupid.

Paying bills unfortunately,
But their Visa bills, so I guess you can look at it as already spent. WHat did I spend it on?
Damn, booze, and gas for my car.
That sucks.
Oh, two concert tickets, not all bad I guess.
Better than a Gucci bag!
Tax return is going towards buying my decks though
