I still say Friday the 7th, primarily because the draft tends to take a long time and if it goes late nobody has to work the next morning. Nobody important anyways. 
Start it at 5:00 on Friday and let 'er rip.
Or move it to Saturday and we can start at 11:00am and stay until the Flames game ends....we've done this before.

October 7th works better for me. I have a wedding to go to on the 8th.

I will try but Bow Trail is a nightmare at rush hour coming out of downtown due to the West LRT

As for the draft, come on now, Big Board! Although if Windom can use the projector that would be great, they do basically let us just take the place over!

There is a chance that I won't be here in Calgary when this goes down. This is because of a delayed vacation due to work commitments. So when the job is done I leave. Right now I still expect to be here but if that changes I'll let you guys know as soon as I do so you can find a fill-in. Should be easy I'm guessing but I can leave a list with Aeneas if need be. As long as I'm still here, time and date works for me.

You could send a list and someone could pick for you. I'd gladly volunteer, but I know with the players you want I'd be showered in peanuts all night! Maybe send it to Locke though....he is used to picking players who don't actually play in the NHL!
