Deadline for Roster compliance

Folks I'm setting September 19th 11:59 PM MST as our deadline to be within roster limits/cap limits. After that - the watchdog comes off the leash. That gives every team to get their stuff together. Some of you have some real work to do.

At this deadline you must be:
- Under NHL roster limits
- Under AHL roster limits
- Under ECHL roster limits
- Under all cap limits

Any new ECHL player signed rated 64 or more must also be up on your NHL squad or he will be subject to waivers.

I made 3 signing to get my roster in order. But I made a deal with Vic tonight to get him compliant. I can't sign one of the guys in the deal until its processed. But intend to first thing in the am after the trade to make things good again.
