Except he wasn't the starter the first two times he was "involved with something". Besides getting caught as a passenger in a street race, getting caught in a car with weed that wasn't his (and would have simply a fine had masoli not been on probation), and getting caught as a passenger in a car that smelled of weed and was speeding (again just a fine for the pot) aren't really suspendable offenses. They put his character in question sure, but he hasn't brolen any laws.

Individually maybe not suspendable, when they happen over and over again they are definitely suspendable. Or is the policy at Oregon that you have to break a law to get suspended?
And it's quite the coincidence that he keeps getting found with weed isn't it, of course it's never his though. C'mon, you're not that naive.

So you're telling me that a kid was busted numerous times in a car with dope but it wasn't his? Yeah, OJ didn't kill Nicole either. His buddies were buddies and took the heat for the football player.

Someone called into the Les Miles "hey coach show" and had a great comment, "hey Les, I heard that Jordan Jefferson was changing his position."
radio guy: Oh yea?
Guest: "yeah Kicker"
Radio guy hangs up... LOL

It's official that TAMU is out of the big 12. Too bad stoops wasn't a man and take OU to the SEC

Well it's not as if Stoops gets to make the decision on moving an entire university to another conference.

This one could be a dandy. Montana State is a strong team with a sensational quarterback. I hope their defense holds up.

Why not? Jim Rome was talking about this today. Why not lead with a great game like the NFL does?
51-3 now. Are Badger fans even enjoying this? Total mismatch.

Utah beating Montana State 27-7, at least they aren't UNLV.

Well for one there aren't a lot of first week blockbusters to begin with, and those that do exist are on saturday. College football is a saturday sport, thursday and friday night games only crept in as a way for lower tier schools to get themselves on ESPN. The last couple of years bigger schools have been playing on thursday and friday nights but it's still not that common. If ESPN thought the ratings were there for an NCAA kickoff special type game I'm sure there would be one, apparently they don't see that.

I was at the game and it was very strange. Utah jumped out really quick and dominated then seemed to coast the rest of the way. I know Utah held some people out and didn't try much on offense. Utah's defense is good but the Qb is a big question mark. They can't pass for 100 yards and expect to beat USC next week.
Montana state on the other hand will do really well in their conference. They have a team that is game and a QB that is good. I can't imagine many teams in the fcs hanging with Montana State.
