Great deal on the Callaway's- for those wondering these are excellent irons. I believe they won a gold medal on Golf Digests Best of 2011.

What kind of shafts, and are they regular or stiff?

Shafts are stiff. The irons are steel and the hybrids are graphite.

I have the 3,4 and 5 hybrids and they are awesome clubs. They have replaced my long irons. The whole set is a good buy.

Yeah. I have the Razr X's (3 wood/5 wood) with a 4hybrid and absolutely love the hybrid.

Not to derail the thread, but have you compared the 3/5 hybrid to the woods? Easier to hit?
