Nope. Hot girls are usually crappy waitress's so they generally get less from me. When I was younger I loved having a hot waitress. As I got older I really didn't care about looks and just wanted good freaking service. I don't mind male servers, they usually are way better then female servers. A friend was a waiter while he was in college and he used to get waaaaaay more tips then the girls there. So I think in general, good service goes alot further then good looks when it comes to getting tips.

I'll tip well if the service is good. I'll tip really well if I think it'll get me free stuff later down the line. I moved a few months ago. There is a bar just down the street from me that I never really went to. I started going there, tipped well the first few times and now I generally get a free beer or a shot whenever I go.

Another time when I was younger, a buddy and I would get off work and because we lived in a small town the only place open to have a beer past midnight was Boston Pizza. So we'd go there quite regularly. Tipped well and before you know it, we're there with the staff drinking till 3 or 4 in the morning. We'd pay nothing or sometimes if they had to give us a bill it was a beer each. This lasted nearly a year, and we'd go 4-5 times a week. Just had to drink draft beer or whatever the drink special was. Paralyzer nights were fantastic, lol.

I try to keep it all based on service but I can think of a couple times I've tipped extra for 'hotness'.

That said, the first factor is still service. If I'm blown away, service-wise, by someone who I'm not attracted to I'll give them a very big tip, while if I have a problem with the service of someone who is cute or hot, they'll still get a small tip.

Usually I sit at the bar, so it's not a huge problem to me. I'll tip the bartender (bartendress) more if they're spending time with me and making the experience enjoyable. Course I understand if the place is super busy, but generally if they're willing to shoot the breeze with me and have some fun I'll be very generous.

If I'm with a date, the size of my tip usually indicates if I'm trying to look like a big shot or not, lol! If I'm with other people, it's just usually whatever we decide as a group.

I don't usually give a crap what the waitress/waiter looks like, I just want efficient and friendly service. I hate super formal service, I had one guy ask us if we had a chance to "negotiate with the menu" once. What does that mean? Can't you just ask "are you ready to order?"

Some waiter/waitresses need to be taken out back and put out of their misery.

I tip more on personality and service, hot or not. Occasionally you get someone who is really warm and charming and attentive and not annoying - and if you're lucky, all of those traits. I notice this more than a firm ass and cleavage.

My wife was one of these girls that worked at Senor Frogs in Kits, she made good tips but some customers thought they owned you then.
