You cant get 3 legit plays off in the time they had left.

Oh, I see... you have the same argument as the Argos that the clock didn't run down on one play; that I'm not sure of.

'A' game - what the hell are you talking about? This team had by far the most turnover this offseason (including coaches) of any team. This team is really only 5 games old outside of a small core group that returned. I'd say there is plenty of room to improve on both sides of the ball; especially defence.

I disagree, the offence is playing as well as they will. Stamps has been unreal, Ray is what he is, Messam is at his peak. Rest of your receivers are meh. OLine is weak, don't see them improving a whole lot better.

As for your defence, there is talent there so they should improve but vs Stamps it was Stamps offence which could not execute, missing open receivers and dropping passes.

Riders are old so I don't see the improving, Lions are just hard luck right now, once they win I can see them winning a few in a row. Stamps offence is terrible right now once that gets going I don't see the Eskimos keeping up with us.

Of course theres room to improve (sorry if my post sounded like there wasnt) I just see all the other West teams with more room to improve.

Arkee Whitlock is no longer employed by the Esks as he was released tonight. Will he land in BC now?

For the Bombers fans here, Philip Hunt is having a pretty good training camp in Philadelphia. Looks like he'll make the team if he keeps it up.

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have traded veteran receiver Arland Bruce to the B.C. Lions in exchange for a third round selection in the 2012 CFL Canadian Draft and an additional conditional draft pick.

Wow. Locker room trouble to Bruce, maybe? Why else would the Ticats just dump him off?

And the changes begin in Toronto:
Argos fire defensive coordinator Chip Garber, promote Orlondo Steinauer

I'm really excited for the Bombers/Eskimos game today.

The Bombers have been great defensively, but I think they've also been lucky to scrape out of a couple of their wins (and probably should have been able to put the game away in the eventual loss to the Stamps).

Interesting to see who takes this one....should be a doozy!

I have a random feeling that Edmonton will win by more then one point, and both teams will combine for more then 50 points.

Ricky Ray has been a stud this year, but in my opinion what is being overlooked is Edmonton's defence, mainly their secondary and ballhawking DBs. 3/5 weeks they have held opponents to less then 20 points. I think Edmonton wins this one outright and puts Winnipeg'd D on their heels

29-18

Just wanted to say kudos to the CFL for trying to expand their product. I had to take a double take here in California when I turn on the tv and all the CFL games are on the NFL network. Good for them.
